This journal system is open free-access to public in electric form. All content is freely available to the user. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purposes, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. No article submission fee or article processing charges (APCs) are charged to accepted papers.

The paper-form journal is also available. The authors who would like to receive printed version of the journal may contact us. We may be able to send the authors the printed version of published papers if they authors agree to pay for the delivery fee.
