Analysis Kelayakan Investasi Perahu Sandeq di Wilayah Rangas-Sendana Kabupaten Majeme
Abstract
The potency of the sandeq boat to catch fish is quite significant in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. In the boat operational area of the Rangas-Sendana, the opportunity to catch many fish, such as tuna, skipjack tuna, and mackarel tuna, is quite significant. However, it is quite expensive in its operation. Therefore, before investing and building a sandeq boat, it is necessary to analyze the investment feasibility of the sandeq boat. This study aimed to determine the amount of investment and operational costs and assess the feasibility of investing in sandeq boats in Majene Regency. The analysis is carried out by identifying the components of investment costs and the profits derived from the sale of caught fish. The results of this analysis are then used to determine the payback period for the investment that has been issued. This research begins with the stages of collecting investment cost data for the Sandeq Boat combined with operational cost data for the Sandeq Boat operating in the Rangas-Sendana area using the feasibility analysis method of net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period (PP), and sensitivity Analysis. The results show that of the 17 sandeq boat samples with a length of 9 meters, all were declared to be investment feasible with an NPV value of Rp. 66,415,514 up to Rp. 231,632,086, IRR values from 61% to 291%, and PP values from 1.2 years to 4.5 years
